Review Job charter

Our team can help draft the job charter (or Job Description) and provide immediate feedback if something needs to be changed to get candidates attention. Our recruiters review the JD word by work and then setup searches on various portals and professional channels based on certain keywords from the job charter.


Our actual effort starts when candidates approach or reply back on our job posting. The next step our team does is review their resume, review their linkedin, match profile with job charter. This step filters the candidates which could be a good match.

The Right Fit

If it's a match as identified in the previous step, our team setup a brief call to understand candidates goals, expectation, and high-level tech screening (video conferencing). Once we see this candidate as “The Right Fit”, we collect candidate details and line-up for submission to the hiring team.

She has set up the sourcing and recruiting functions many times for clients to ensure efficiency and success. In 2015, she setup Nexintech and has been working with various clients to find the diamond in the rough and star players clients are looking for. Over the past 8 years, her team has helped consulting firms and enterprise clients sourcing for cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity roles.
